    If you are looking for an all around beneficial workout. Try a circuit! A circuit using weights. Do only main exercises. Example-Squats, Pull-ups, Bench, Crunches, Military Presses and Curls. Do 8-10 reps each exercise. Minimal to no rest in between exercises. Try and do 5 cycles. Once you get to 5, up the weight and start again. You will get cardio, conditioning, muscle-endurance and strength from one workout!

    I can't agree more with you, if we only focus on one area, we can't say that were healthy, pure strength is nothing without endurance, daily exercise is really needed to ensure that our body is far from disease caused by stress in business and other unhealthy habits.

    I think strength endurance training, when done properly will cover 4 out of 5 facets of fitness. It will increase your cardio aspect. An example of strength endurance training is 50 push-ups continuous, followed by 50 sit ups continuous.

    I never thought about fitness from this perspective.I usually just do fitness, don't like to talk too much about it. I do have one important question though. What's your opinion on steroids for sale in fitness? I am having a steroids diet as we speak, I have great results but I also need an expert's opinion on this. Are there really steroids a taboo?
