Thanks for the comment. Cutting up fresh fruit and veggies is absolutely a great idea. I just bought some of those baby carrots and I buy the fruit cut up from whole foods. I am going to blog about what we talked about a dinner, when Karen mentioned what they do to keep food fresh when traveling long distanced.
