I agree wholeheartedly.  Stress can come from a variety of ways.  And it does seem like it is almost impossible to find ways to de-stress.  One of the things I did was pre-plan a quarterly getaway day.  I go to a hotel room.  I take the battery out of my cell phone and disconnect for the weekend.  I order room service and do nothing, PERIOD.  It was so life changing that I did the same for my wife and included a spa treatment.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My wife is all of the things you outline above.  I truly appreciate her.  As a husband I think it is part of my responsibility as her partner to look out for her.  When you have all of those roles and are in the middle of them.  It sometimes takes someone who care for you to tap you on the shoulder and say, "Hey, take a break".&lt;/p&gt;
